Glass Bead Blast

Our clients are important to us, which is why we go above and beyond with our service to ensure what you produce is perfect.

If this hasn’t happened elsewhere and your product doesn’t look the way you intended, our team of experts provide in-house bead blasting services to ensure you get the look you wanted.

What is Glass Bead Blasting?

If you find you have a few issues with the final look of your product, glass bead blasting, or bead blasting, is the ideal solution.

A method of helping to remove surface imperfections, bead blasting sees the high-pressure application of glass beads to the product. This results in a clean, bright finish that offers the sheen you’ll have been looking for without dimensional deformation of the surface.

When compared to other similar services, such as manual polishing, glass bead blasting provides a more cost-effective solution to achieving a high-quality finish on stainless steel, alongside a smoother and brighter finish when compared to aluminium oxide abrasives.

Glass bead blasting can also be recycled approximately 30 times.
